25+ years of clean carpet in Dixie
José Toledo Carpet Cleaning has been part of St. George since 2000. In that time the city has grown from a quiet desert town into one of the fastest-growing places in the country — and we’ve grown along with it, cleaning carpet, upholstery and tile in homes, rentals and businesses across Washington County.
We’re locally owned and based right here in St. George. We aren’t a national franchise and we don’t use a call center. When you call, you reach the people who do the work.
What we believe
- Honest quotes. You get a clear price before we start — no low teaser price that doubles at your door.
- Real cleaning. Hot-water extraction that rinses dirt out instead of covering it up.
- Straight answers. If a stain won’t come out, we tell you before you pay for it.
- Respect for your home. We move furniture carefully and walk the job with you when we finish.
Red dirt, hard water and desert dust — we know them well
After 25+ years cleaning carpet in Dixie, we’ve learned that our desert is hard on floors. Generic cleaning methods miss what makes Southern Utah carpet different.
Red rock dust
The fine iron-rich sand that blows in every spring works deep into fibers and dulls light carpet. A deep hot-water rinse lifts it out instead of spreading it around.
Get a quote →Hard water residue
Our local water is mineral-heavy. We rinse thoroughly so carpet isn’t left stiff or sticky — the main reason carpet re-soils fast after a cheap cleaning.
Get a quote →Dry desert air
Low humidity is on our side. With good airflow, most carpets here dry faster than in wetter climates — we’ll tell you what to expect for your home.
